There are many clubs available to suit the needs of most students. They are run during lunchtime, after school, at weekends or in the holidays.

The school’s library is open at break, dinnertime and after school for research and homework. Students are also able to access the school’s ICT suites for homework and research.

At lunch times, there are inter-college competitions and tournaments in football, athletics and netball.

We have an extensive program of Out of Lessons Learning which includes:
Art, Art Extra, Badminton, Basketball, Board games, Chess, Cricket, Cross Country, Cycling, Dance, Football (girls and boys), Hockey, ICT, Netball, Singing, Steel Pans, Textiles.

In July 2008 we held our first ever whole-school Inter College sports day at Moorways Stadium. This will now be an annual event, weather permitting!

All students in year 9 are invited to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Awards
